I am back from the happiest place on earth, and man, let me tell you…it was such an amazing vacation! Michael and I had a blast playing around the parks and celebrating our one year anniversary.
Unfortunately, I woke up yesterday feeling all stuffy and my head feeling like a million bricks. Bummer. But at least it wasn’t during our trip, right? We had such a terrible flight too, and since I already couldn’t breathe out of my nose, when the turbulence was horrible from take off all the way up to the top of Virginia, I was officially feeling sick. One of the nice flight attendants brought me a cup of ice to suck on since I was in full panic mode. Even Michael agreed that it was horrible, which he never does..he usually says “it’s fine”. You bet once we got off that plane I was so so happy.
It did feel good to get home, but I would much rather still be in Disney…riding on rides and skipping through Main Street, eating the most delicious fruit ever at the Grand Floridian Cafe. The bed in the Animal Kingdom Lodge (where we stayed the last two nights) was absolutely magical, like a cloud. I most definitely miss that amazing bed!
Since I am feeling like total crap, my workout wasn’t too crazy this morning, but since I took the whole vacation off from running and working out (because we were sweating and walking so much), I definitely wanted to get some type of workout in this morning! I did a core and cardio circuit workout that lasted about 45 minutes.
