A short post to end this short week

Hiiiii! Happy Friday! Woop woop! I love short weeks after a Holiday weekend, don’t you?!

How is everyone today?! I woke up earlier than usual today since I have a full day of subbing ahead! I actually don’t miss waking up at 5am everyday…can you believe that?! 😉 6am sounds better to me haha.

My first day of subbing went alright, I actually had another sub in the classroom with me so that helped a lot. I wasn’t just thrown into it, which could have gone all types of bad because I literally had no idea what was going on. The other teacher was very helpful..I felt much more at ease since she was in there with me. It is very very different from the private school that I was used to teaching at, and kind of reminds me of the days I used to work at the Boys & Girls Club…with all the craziness and loudness happening. I am back at it today, for a full day. I am unsure of where I will be, it was said that I’ll just be “jumping from class to class”..which could go really good or not so good. 😉 Hopefully I will get a real feel of it after today!

Like I said, this morning started bright and early…with a 35 minute run on my treadmill. I had such a hard time falling asleep last night because I couldn’t stop coughing. I don’t know what is going on, but this sickness is lingering around and really guys, it has got to go!! Because of that, I did not want to wake up when my alarm went off at 5am..booooo! But then I realized that if I didn’t get a workout in then, I wasn’t going to at all and I would be one very grumpy Kayla.

We have a wedding to go to on Sunday and the dress I had bought online is NOT good at all, so I must find something to wear tomorrow. I really hate when I buy a dress online, pay for 2 day shipping, only to get it a week later and hate it. Agree?

Sorry for the short, boring post today…but I must run! I have a very busy day ahead of me! I hope you all have a FANTASTIC Friday!! Xoxo
