A great Monday

Good morning to you!! Happy Tuesday!!

Yesterday was a great Monday around here. I went with my sister to pick up Gio from Preschool. He is such a cutie!! He told us he had a great day and even got to be the singer during circle time! However, he didn’t remember what song he helped sing…haha. It definitely made my day to get some kisses and hugs from these love bugs!

Although Michael & I didn’t get around to get our Halloween costumes for Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party, we did get to spend some time together which is always a great day in my book! We only have 3 more days (well, 2 shopping days) to get those costumes and let me tell you, I am going to be reminding him every chance I get! If anything, we will just have to go to the party in “normal” clothes, or buy something in Disney! Which, I am guessing will be pricey. But, hey, a girl needs her costume because this is the ONLY time I will be able to go into the Magic Kingdom all dressed up!! You feel me?!?

Unfortunately, I didn’t snap any pictures of our adventure yesterday, but we went to the farm stand and got ALL THE FRUIT & VEGGIES! Our fridge is fully stocked with all of the fresh produce now, and I am one happy girl 😉 We caught up on a couple of our shows, Ballers and Survivor’s Remorse. I actually got to sneak in the Bachelor In Paradise for a little while until I totally lost interest. (And before Michael changed it to watch football) Sorry folks, I just couldn’t get into BIP this season. I really hope The Bachelor is a good one! I don’t really remember Arie from Emily’s season, it’s totally like a blast from the past, but we will see! (Like my opinion matters?)

This morning started with a 30ish minute bodyweight cardio workout. It looked something like this: 50 jumping jacks, 40 squats, 30 sit ups, 30 seconds of russian twists, 20 push ups, 10 burpees, and then 1 minute plank shoulder taps. I repeated this 3 times through and then added 1 minute high knees at the end and called it a day. Like I said, it took me about 30 minutes. Once I was done with that, I whipped out the vacuum and our Swiffer Bissell steam mop, and got to cleaning our floors! I also dusted and folded some clothes I put in the laundry when I woke up this morning…you all know I hate coming back from any vacation to a dirty, dirty house. 😉

Today I am going to the store for about an hour, then heading to sub 4th grade for the afternoon. I am keeping my fingers crossed this class will be better than the 3rd grade class I had on Friday. I am sure I will be relieved when I walk out of that classroom alive. Hahahaha. Joking. Just gotta keep telling myself 3 more days until Disney!

I hope you all have a FANTASTIC day! Xoxo
