Hey hey! Happy Tuesday!! I hope your week is going great so far! I can’t believe the weekend is over already, and now it’s back to waiting for the weekend again..ugh. I totally think the weekend should be at least 4 days long, am I right? 😉
This morning kicked off with a 20 minute ab workout, and a 30 minute run on the treadmill. I must be honest with you all today, I was definitely on the struggle bus this morning..and I almost got away without working out, but I know I would have regretted it later. So, like always, I tricked myself into doing “just 10 minutes”, and then when I was done with my ab workout, I told myself “just 10 minutes of running, and then I’ll stop”…BOOM! I didn’t stop! Take that, gloomy Tuesday! I hate when the sun isn’t shining, and it is SNOWING in April, and I feel like it is night time in the morning…don’t you? It just totally makes me want to get back into bed. But I can’t and I must adult today. Boo hoo. But before that, it is COFFEE and Kelly & Ryan time! Because this girl is super tired and needs ALL the coffee in the world today.
I am here with a quick post to give you all a peek into my Monday, since it was a great one!!
I brought Gio to school in the morning! And really, whenever I bring him to preschool it always makes me happy and is just a great start to the day!
I had a hair appointment, and I am OBSESSED! Now if only I could make it look as good as my amazing hairdresser does with a blow out. True story: I CANNOT blow dry my hair with a round brush for the life of me. I can blow dry my hair into a giant afro looking frizz ball, but then I have to straighten it. The struggle is realllllll. Thank the Lord I made an appointment for a blow out on my birthday! (NEXT WEDNESDAY!! Woo!!!)
And then in the afternoon I got some hubby time!! I am one lucky girl to have had some time with Michael two days in a row! We went to the jewelry store to get our rings all sparkly clean and then relaxed at home for the rest of the night before he had to go to work.
And before bed, I tuned into this week’s episode of Real Housewives of Potomac that I DVR’d. All I kept thinking was “yikes!”…for Karen to have printed out and made copies of tweets, ummm? How old is this lady? Yikkkkeeessss. And the fact that she had a “press conference” to talk about her financial issues, but yet keeps yelling at the girls to “MIND YOUR BUSINESS!”
Anyways, it was a fabulous start to the new week! I have a funny feeling this week is going to go by super slow because I won’t get to spend tim with Michael again until Sunday..whomp whomp. But I’m sure I’ll get lots of time with my boos in the mean time 😉
Have a great day, friends! Xoxo ♥♥
