Good morning! I hope you are having a great Wednesday! After all, we are half way through the week and it is one day closer to the weekend! I hope my blog post yesterday motivated you to be kind to yourself and speak light into your life!
I’m here to share some current happenings with you!
Current Book: I’m currently reading Influencer by Brittany Hennessy (random, I know, but I came across it and decided to give it a go!) I am obviously not an “influencer” or anything, but hey, gotta start somewhere right? Haha. I also just started reading Love and Other Words by Christina Lauren.
Current Work out: obé, duhhhhh! Here’s what I have “planned” for this week:
Monday: 45 minute challenge strength/dance class, & then a sculpt class.
Tuesday: Quick 20 minute run, sweat circuit & define sculpt class.
Wednesday: Define strength & sweat dance class, & stuck around for the define power class.(YIKES! LEGS ON FIRE!)
Thursday: Define strength, sweat HIIT, & define sculpt class.
Friday: Define sculpt, & sweat dance. *May tune in for another sweat dance in the afternoon.
Saturday: 45 minute challenge strength/dance class, & define power.
Sunday: obé replay class before church (probably a HIIT), and most likely sculpt & dance in the afternoon.
As I’ve said before, this is just like a rough plan of what I have been/will be doing for workouts this week. I may add in a treadmill warm up/cool down in there also since I’ve been doing that sometimes too. And, if I feel like I want to take a rest and not do anything, I will do that. Right now, I am super motivated and feeling SO good. Also, as I’ve said in last week’s blog post, the classes can change if obé’s schedule changes.
Current Drink: Cofffffeeeee!
Current Guilty Pleasure: Being able to take my time getting ready for the day, drink my coffee, watch Live with Kelly & Ryan, listen to worship music, read my devotional and not have to rush into work in the morning’s! It’s SO good and I’m really soaking it up right now!
Current Music: Hi. THIS is the best song. (Yes, I know it is older, but I can’t stop listening to it on repeat every single day.) Blast it. Raise your arms. Stomp your feet. Jump around. It will make you feel like a new person. (You’re welcome.)
Current Day Dream: Where’s the BEACHHHH?? This will apparently be my current day dream every week because I am soooooo wanting to be laying my booty down on the beach.
Current Annoyance: Okay, so this is really more of a sadness but also annoying, because I am not going to Disney next month. I signed up for the Princess 10K but since Michael can’t go with me because he can’t get off, I don’t want to go alone (can you imagine me in a plane, without him? Oh my gosh.). I am super sad about it and may or
may not have cried about it on many occasions. BUT, it is okay. I am an adult (HAHA, laughing as I typed that one), but seriously, I understand. So, moving right along now!
Current Excitement: I’m getting my lashes done this afternoon! It’s already been two weeks since I got them filled last but they aren’t as full as before so I am really looking forward to having full lashes again. 😉
