Hi friends! I hope you are having a great week! Michael actually got home from work a bit earlier yesterday and once he did we both took a nap on the couch, which felt so good! We also went outside for some fresh air to take a walk, even though it is still kind of chilly out (okay, still freezing to me). I literally couldn’t feel my face for a good 20 minutes afterwards and needed to defrost myself. Haha. But it felt great to get out of the house and get some fresh air!

Current Work Out:
As always, here is my workout’s of the week that I’ve done already and plan to do for the rest of the week! These classes are all on obé!
Monday: 3 mile run, Dance HIIT mash up for week 2 of the Renew You Challenge, & Sculpt
Tuesday: Sculpt, HIIT, & Strength
Wednesday: HIIT, Strength, & Dance
Thursday: Circuit, Sculpt, & Circuit
Friday: For some reason I think I saw a different trainer is teaching at my normal time of taking live classes, so it is either Sculpt & Dance or something else! I will probably add a run in there beforehand too, but we’ll see! I’m also planning on doing an afternoon dance class too.
Saturday: Run, Strength & HIIT
Sunday: Circuit & Sculpt replay
I just started reading The Accidental Beauty Queen by Teri Wilson yesterday. It was on my recommended books list on my Kindle store front so I decided to download the sample and was sucked in (you know I love everything about beauty pageants and beauty queens!) so I bought the full book.

Okay, so I know I talked about it last week but I need to talk about it again because I am obsessed! We watched the latest episode of The Fix last night since we recorded it from Monday and I am shook. The ending totally threw me off and left me breathless. But, I am still sticking with my guns and saying that Sevvy Johnson killed Jessica Meyer. If you watched, who do you think is the killer?!?
Beauty and the Beast! I wasn’t able to watch Live with Kelly and Ryan in the morning these past two days due to the awful cohost they had with Ryan, so I was happy to see Beauty and the Beast was on demand for free and watched that instead yesterday!
Still chugging my 100+ oz. of water every day! I pretty much fill up my 23.7 oz. water bottle all day long and end up drinking either 5 or 6 of them! How much water do you drink in a day? I find that being more conscious about how much I am drinking makes me drink more! Along with the water chugging, I’m sticking with the XL Dunkin’ coffee every morning because I unfortunately got a large on Sunday and it was NOT enough!
I know I am a broken record with this, but I need a vacation, to somewhere warm. I know, I know, I have to be a big girl and not pout about it. But I make NO promises here. I tend to pout when I don’t get my way, what can I say? I admit I was huffing and puffing and being all pouty last night…Michael actually called me out on it and asked if I was “being a brat”…who, me? Never.
I am CLEARLY obsessed with our new tv and sound system. It literally sounds like a live concert in here when I listen to music and just like we are at an imax theater when we are watching tv or a movie. Obsessed!!
